Ingredients

  • 120 g Dried Cod
  • 60 g Salted Butter

Method

  1. Spread {salted_butter} onto a small plate or let it sit briefly at cool room temperature until firm but easily smeared.
  2. Tear {dried_cod} into bite-size strips or leave whole if already snack-ready, then arrange beside {salted_butter} for easy dipping and spreading.
  3. Serve {dried_cod} with {salted_butter}, smearing each piece with butter just before eating so the contrast stays clean and rich.
