Ingredients

  • 250 g Leipäjuusto
  • 80 g Cloudberry Jam
  • 15 g Butter

Method

  1. Warm {cloudberry_jam} in a small saucepan over low heat for a few minutes until loose and glossy.
  2. Melt {butter} in a skillet over medium heat, add {leipajuusto}, and warm for a few minutes per side until lightly golden at the edges and heated through.
  3. Set {leipajuusto} on warm plates, spoon over {cloudberry_jam}, and serve at once while the cheese is soft and squeaky.
