Leipäjuusto
Warm squeaky cheese with golden cloudberry jam and a glossy butter finish.
Ingredients
- 250 g Leipäjuusto
- 80 g Cloudberry Jam
- 15 g Butter
Method
- Warm {cloudberry_jam} in a small saucepan over low heat for a few minutes until loose and glossy.
- Melt {butter} in a skillet over medium heat, add {leipajuusto}, and warm for a few minutes per side until lightly golden at the edges and heated through.
- Set {leipajuusto} on warm plates, spoon over {cloudberry_jam}, and serve at once while the cheese is soft and squeaky.
